He previously Co-founded Precedent Investments in 2012. He previously served as a Venture Partner at Zetta Venture Partners. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Arteis, Inc. He previously served as Director of Strategy and New Ventures for Hewlett Packard. Jeff previously worked as an Associate at vSpring Capital. Jeff founded Freeport.com, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Business Development & Product Marketing. He served as the Chairman of Skullcandy, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKUL) from 2005 to 2013. He is currently on the board of directors of Scopely, Just Water and Domo (NASDAQ: DOMO). Jeff Kearl holds a BA in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
About Professor Mike West: Michael Akira West (Mike West) has been involved in the branded consumer product space for nearly 30 years. He founded 686® technical apparel in 1992 from a business plan as a student while enrolled in the USC Entrepreneur Program. Since then, he’s co-founded and owner of several other lifestyle business’s in the Fashion, Digital and Logistics industries including Matix, Westwell, MAEKAN and NRI Distribution, which is the largest North American 3PL provider in the Action and Outdoor Market. Mike has a BS from the University Southern California, EMBA from Pepperdine University, sits on the executive board of Snow Sports Industries America, is an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall Business School and an avid Surfer, Snowboarder, Runner, Yogi and Explorer.
