Beau is the founder of The Black Hill Alliance, a development and solutions-based agency, focused on the Action Sports/Lifestyle markets. With more than 30 years in the Industry, he has spent his career in Hardgoods/accessories, Apparel & Footwear driving Product Innovation, building Sales & Marketing teams, and developing strategies from concept to consumer.

A former pro Skateboarder, avid surfer & snowboarder, Beau has true “on-board” experience and getting his hands dirty and has the scars to prove it!  Throughout his experience and travels, Beau has built an extensive global network of connections, suppliers and customers.
